Meet

The Team

Mike was born in 1960. He is the President and a Director of Lesjak Planning. He is a graduate of the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado, where he received a degree as a Certified Financial Planner. Prior to becoming President in 2018, Mike was Vice President of Lesjak Planning since 1995 and a Director since 1987. Prior to becoming Vice President, he was Secretary since joining the firm in 1987.

Dave was born in 1957.  He is a Certified Financial Planner with Lesjak Planning.  Dave is a graduate of the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado, where he received a degree as a Certified Financial Planner.  Dave was President of Lesjak Planning from 1995 to 2018.  Prior to being President, he was the Vice President since the firm’s inception in 1980.  Dave stepped down as President in 2018 and will remain as a consultant to the firm and serve on its board.  He will continue to advise clients along with the Lesjak Planning team.

Marc was born in 1974.  He is a Certified Financial Planner and joined Lesjak Planning in July of 1999.  He earned his Certified Financial Planner Designation in July of 2002.  Marc has been the Chief Compliance Officer since 2004 and the Vice President since 2018.  His degrees include both a BS in Finance and MBA in Finance from the University of Akron, Ohio.

Originally from a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA, Marc found his way to Ohio following his passion for Baseball at the University of Akron.  There he met his future wife, Diane, and the two now reside in Medina, Ohio with their four children.  Marc remains active in the community coaching various youth sports teams while also currently serving as Chairman of The Highland Foundation (a partnership with the local school district).  He is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Nathan was born in 1980. He started at Lesjak Planning in July of 2002. Nathan graduated from Strongsville High School in 1998 and from The Ohio State University in 2002. Nathan earned his Certified Financial Planner Designation in August of 2005.

Nathan has lived in the Cleveland area for much of his life. He spent his childhood in Mentor, attended Junior High and High School in Strongsville, and now resides in Fairview Park with his wife and two children. When Nathan is not spending time coaching or participating in activities with his kids, he can often be found with his hands in his fish tanks. An avid marine aquarium hobbyist, he has been successful in keeping and propagating a wide and diverse collection of coral. Nathan, a graduate of the Ohio State University, is a big fan of the Buckeyes.

Kevin was born in 1990. He is a third-generation Certified Financial Planner and joined Lesjak Planning in January of 2012. He earned his Certified Financial Planner Designation in August 2018. Kevin graduated from St. Edward High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Kevin has lived in the Cleveland area his entire life. He grew up in Westlake and now resides in Avon with his wife and two children. He enjoys staying busy and traveling to new destinations with his family. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time boating, kayaking, camping, and snowboarding.

Kathy joined Lesjak Planning in February of 1994. In November of 1995, she obtained her para planner’s license. At this time, her primary role is to service client accounts and process billings. Prior to that, Kathy was a Series 7 licensed representative for a brokerage firm and worked in corporate banking. Kathy graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing.
